I’ve been training with Danielle for almost 3 years now, going from being a complete novice and learning basic movement patterns like the hip hinge and squat, to now focusing on Weightlifting and learning all of the Olympic lifts. She is an incredibly patient and adept coach. Her intuitive understanding of how the body works enables her to identify the exact fixes for form and technique, while also helping you to train for your body's specific needs and limitations. This has been so helpful as we have worked through injuries together and she knows just how to compensate and overcome them. 

Danielle is not only a great strength training and weightlifting coach, but is equally helpful when working through mental blocks and obstacles, as well as nutrition plans and habit check-ins. Sessions are informative, flexible, and always fun. Over the past couple of years, I have gained an incredible amount of physical strength, but also a lot of confidence, mental strength, discipline, and overall toughness. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone who is ready to make a commitment to themselves and wants to become the strongest version of themselves, both inside the gym and in day-to-day life.

I came to Danielle for training because I wanted to start prioritizing my health and start integrating more movement into my mostly sedentary lifestyle. Before I started training with her I felt a little intimidated because I didn’t think I was the typical client she usually works with — I wasn’t very fit, I didn’t have a ton of muscle, and I’ve never been a seasoned weightlifter. I was honest about this from the beginning and Danielle reassured me that none of that mattered — what mattered is that I’d decided to make a change and do things differently. Danielle met me where I was at in my health, fitness, endurance, and strength and tailored my workouts to my body, my goals, and the equipment I had access to since we were training remotely. Danielle is a fantastic coach and trainer. She answered every single question I had, she helped me find healthy substitutions for unhealthy food choices I was making, and she celebrated every single win with me as if it was her own win.

Over the course of time that I trained with Danielle I lost 30 pounds, increased my strength and endurance, and replaced countless bad habits with healthy ones. I never thought that training remotely could be effective, but the results I saw are proof that it absolutely can be with Danielle. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body, is very mindful of teaching and observing for proper form, and she holds her clients accountable to the goals that they set for themselves.

Prior to being coached by Danielle, I was exercising regularly and doing what I thought was best, however I found it very challenging to be the person I wanted to be physically. She is dedicated and consistent both with her programming and with her specific, well-structured, and understanding feedback, all of which is imperative throughout the training process. It is because of her and her programming, that I am able to lift safer, better, and much more confidently.
